 0.50 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
 1.00 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
 1.00 tsp Garlic powder
 2.00 tbsp Olive Oil
 16.00 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
 0.50 oz cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
 0.50 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
 1.00 cup Cut Leaf Spinich (1 cup)
 1.00 tsp Italian seasoning

Slice chicken breasts in half (thickness) Sear chicken in oil Remove chicken from pan Add cream, broth and spices Whisk until it thickens Add spinach and tomatoes Add chicken bake into the sauce and cook until there is no pink in meat Serve chicken with sauce on top Serving Size: 4 half breasts
